Shen Yun Performing Arts at Moran Theatre

Shen Yun — the globe's finest dance company — has finalized this year’s schedule of programs connecting many of North America’s most prestigious theaters, which includes the Moran Theater At Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday 28th December 2025!

Long before the age of Communism, 5000 YEARS of culture, legends, and arts thrived in every curve of China's mainland, and year after year, the New York City-founded Shen Yun breathes life into these enduring treasures for all to cherish! 2025 is no exception.

Divine gods treading across the land. Sprawling fields of grass swept by hordes of Mongolian nomads. And the wartime heroics of dauntless warriors. Shen Yun’s annual shows center around the countless myths and parables that crossed the nation's dynasties, artistically portraying their tragedies and romances with principles from Buddhist and Taoist beliefs to polish each tale.

The forthcoming production will feature twenty story sections of ethereal performances in approximately two hours. Expertly instructed dancers trimmed in charmingly decorated garb will take to the floor, recounting the event’s tales with 17 to 18 complex ethnic dance routines. Additionally, 2 or 3 vocal and instrumental solos will accentuate these phases with soaring symphonies — both traditional and original.

A full-piece band will perform a sweeping score throughout the event, seamlessly uniting Western and Chinese instruments. In terms of stagecraft, Shen Yun makes use of a high-tech digital backdrop to render life-like scenes, drawing viewers into the world of ancient Chinese civilizations in a sensational fashion.

During the trip's stop in Jacksonville, Florida, the premier Moran Theater At Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts will be our host. Its gorgeous stage, graced by many of the past decades’ greatest artists, will lay the base for the magnificent exhibition, further elevating it with clear sights, pristine light setups, and perfectly balanced sound systems.
